1. Bookings

By placing a booking on JuanBooking, you enter into a direct agreement with the property. JuanBooking acts as the booking platform between you and the accommodation provider.

2. Payments

Prices shown include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of booking through your selected payment method.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms are set by each property and shown before you confirm. Free-cancellation bookings may be cancelled within the stated window without charge.

4. Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate details and comply with property house rules. Properties may refuse entry if valid identification cannot be presented at check-in.

5. Liability

JuanBooking is not liable for services provided by the property. Concerns during your stay should first be raised with the property directly.
